From Sketch to Custom Product
This is a case where a client provided a design sketch, and we delivered a custom product exactly as envisioned. We turn ideas into reality with precision craftsmanship based on your design specifications.
Turn Samples into Custom
This case shows a client-supplied sample that we used as a base to innovate and incorporate their brand. We specialize in taking inspiration from existing designs and elevating them with custom branding to create unique products
Customer can provide their own designs or samples. Alternatively, we can create a custom design based on the client's ideas.
We will produce a custom sample based on the customer design or sample.
Once the client approves the sample and makes an initial payment, we begin ordering the bulk fabric.
We use the newly ordered fabric to create another sample and send it to the client. This process continues until the client is fully satisfied.
After the customer approves the sample, we proceed with cutting the fabric according to the specified patterns, ensuring precision and consistency in every piece to prepare for the next stages of production.
Once all the fabric has been cut, we begin mass production, assembling the pieces with care and following strict quality control to ensure each product meets our high standards.
Our quality inspectors rigorously check the finished products. Any defective items are removed.
We pack the products according to the customer specifications. Custom packaging services are also available.
After packaging is complete, we arrange the shipment. We offer various shipping options.
